30-Day Return Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes a return is necessary. Our return policy allows you to request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this 30-day period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

  2. Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

  3. The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  1. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition (including item packaging).

Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@picklemadness.com to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Without this number your package will not be verified and will not be accepted as a return.

  2. Pack the item securely, along with the proof of purchase and the RAN.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
