PT Bantam is my go-to

I have switched to this paddle full time. I love it but I have found that I needed to customize it to get the optimal results. Here is what I have had to do:
Add a Hesacore grip (something to expand the overall grip size). Without it there was a lot of impact on the elbow and tennis elbow was an initial concern with this power paddle.

Add 2oz total (1 oz on each side) of weight to the middle position of the paddle. This greatly expanded the sweet spot and resolved some issue with finding control on some dinks.

Without the modifications, this paddle was a bit maddening in that it did feel great on certain shots and yet caused some miserable misses elsewhere. With the modifications, I greatly prefer this paddle to the others that I have in my bag. (Joola Gen3, 6.0 DBD, Ronbus Nova, etc.)

I like the ultra thin paddle because it makes the positioning of the paddle extremely easy. I like the power and control combination you can get from this paddle. The spin level is sufficient for me as well.

I am a mid level player who is capable of hitting with pretty big power but prefers to play with some level of control and ability to drop/dink. This paddle is more appropriate for mid to high level players in my opinion. I would not recommend to a beginner.
